Better read my Help Okay, I think it’s definitely to do with “blocked file types” or somesuch in Outlook. I also now suspect it might be to do with a “remnant” “add-in”?? Now, maybe this is a “dead” registry entry referring possibly to an older version of Outlook I had ? Come to think of it, it might be a consequence of having had both Outlook , and then later replacing it with Outlook on the troublesome machine PC2? Anyway, any suggestions would be welcome. Within OL have you checked the add-ins and comms, to see what are shown? I am have the same exact issue haven’t seen any activity here BUMP. In reply to Slevin’s post on May 30, If you can save it to the hard drive and the problem still happens, then clearly it is not an Outlook issue, but a Word or file type association issue.
