That’s not a resolution and if you’re representing MS in approving this as a resolution, you should be looking for a different line of work. It might take a long time, but this fixed it permanently for me. In my case it wouldn’t find anything. So i started windows from the cd choose repair then start cmd , did chkdsk on the right drive.
