Hi, This issue is usually faced when the Microsoft Help folder gets corrupted. You will have to unhide all the hidden files and folders on the computer and then search and delete the Microsoft Help folder жмите the computer and try installing Office Professional again. Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.

Double-click on the My Computer icon. Select the Organize menu from the top left hand side and click Folder and search Options. After the new window appears select the View tab. Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.

Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files. Now your computer is configured to show all hidden files. Once this is completed, restart the computer and then try to install Office Professional again and it should work.
