I purchased Office pro one year ago and have been using it successfully. I have it installed on my desktop window 8 and on my laptop windows 7. The desktop now says it is not activated and wants an activation key or it will be disabled. The laptop is working fine and is activated. What is happening? If necessary by using phone activation and not responding to any prompts until given the option to speak frde a real person.
