Thanks for your feedback. I’ve tried that as well. It gave me the same message as above “Previous installation must be completed before you can install this program” or something similar. It appears as though are some residual installation still out there on my system that are preventing me from being able to install another program. It is also preventing me from uninstalling MS Office so that I can reinstall it. First, reboot your computer. Try uninstaling with revo uninstaller, download the trial from the link.
